People do anything for living, they even work

Several of us have begun our careers with just the Quantities and Qualitative faculties acquired from our colleges; we only imagined what work place is all about and seldom thought how it can sustain our interest and contain us.

We have been training our selves all through; colleges and schools have been training people to work, and our Governments are busy creating Policy making bodies with an aim of creating curriculum that will make our future citizens into productive work force.

There are celebrations when we joined premier colleges, that tuned and fine tuned ourselves to become robots and machines…. getting deployed at factories and plants called work places.

Today, as elements of the active work force…. if we take one look around, all that we have are mobs with Information and problem solving skills. Waiting for the Organization to give him a set of problems and information to decipher and suggest solutions. The student turned employee awaits his certificates and not the usefulness of his work to the “real world” out there.

One soliloquy ever, one reflection ever (taught at premier business schools, lost during conditioning at early schooling) will force us think “what am I heading towards…...how many times can I think for myself…. ….If I ever be original, can I get better than what I am today? ….or, will I lose what I already have …irrespective of being original?”

Hey…one minute….. I see that the castles that I built are yet to get rid of the mortgage….let me park these throbbing questions for some time and get back to work.
